"Mikayla gets five-stars, two-thumbs, A+, kudos, and all that. "Ask me if I care... g'ahead" "You don't really think I care, do you?" I think we've all heard these words before... Not out loud, for sure. But indirectly, discretely, even subliminally... we definitely have heard this communication from others (they know who they are.) But, whenever I have contacted Brian Stevens, or any of the fine professionals of his office... it's like Brian cloned himself. I always get the exact opposite message; no matter who I talk to, I feel, and I hear this: "Thank you for being my customer. I share your concerns, and I'll gladly help with all the resources I have. (whether it's time, or information, or just completing a simple transaction.) As a professional nurse, and an owner/manager of a licensed assisted-living facility, I have made "caring," my career for most of my life. "Caring" is... a lot of things: food, medical treatment, shelter, safety, protection, etc. I provide living necessities, safety and protection for my customers, my residents.
