"We have been with this state farm team over 25 years. We have found them efficient and detailed oriented. We recently purchased a house 8/24. For the first time we experienced computer issues between our agent and state farm. The result has been 3 months of back and forth. Our mortgage company declaring we were uninsured and our agent saying we are. Some how SF tied an old mortage ID from many years ago to our new purchase. The result was nonsense. I am disappointed that I had to walk an agent through every data field to find the fault. BUT he did a great job in resolving the issue internally and with the Mort co. Once we discovered root cause. I am grateful for their speed of resolution once we found the problem."

"First, I want to state that I am so far a lifelong State Farm Insurance Client. My parents were lifelong clients of State Farm as well. I have never had another insurance company for my vehicles or my homes. I have had different agents through moves and retirements. Personally, I have always had the best experience with State Farm Insurance. Brian Stevens is my current agent. I will say that all the people in this office that I have spoken to are efficient and great. Lately, I have been talking with Daniel Hilger. I am so impressed with him. "I started with State Farm back in So.Cal in the mid 90s. When I moved to AZ, Brian's agency was recommended by State Farm directly, and I can see why. After working with them for 16 years now, I wouldn't go anywhere else. No matter what kind of cars, rental ins/homeowner's ins/ or whatever I've needed, they really are there.
